I'm a New York born Las Vegas raised gal who now lives in Los Angeles.

There's been a lot of life, a lot of lessons, and a lot learned.

On The Mat

There's a place I find myself about 5 (ish) times a week... a mat. My yoga mat or my barre studio mat. Normally my two go-to work outs are one or the other.
